Chadd oversees communication and creative media content. He grew up on a small farm in Arlington, WA where he spent much of his youth doing church building projects as well as playing saxophone & guitar on worship teams. His attention to communication stems from managing his own business’s online presence for 10+ years to worldwide customers. He has a passion to ensure thoughtful and thorough communication that allows the body of Christ to move throughout the region. Chadd and his wife, Crystal, have been playing on worship teams since they were young teens and have been at Hope since 2020. They continue to train and develop youth and teams to grow in similar talents. They live in Tukwila, WA and love to travel. Chadd is a lover of coffee and people; enjoying how each often bring the other together.
